Media Storage

Media storage is designed to provide real-time visual reference linked to the AI assistant's responses. It allows you to store media files, such as images, videos, and GIFs, in a structured and organized manner.

Media files are stored with specific custom keywords like ( Example: "product efficiency" and "cost savings." ) If an AI assistant's response closely matches these keywords, the corresponding media file will appear on the left side of the panel, enhancing the user's understanding and making the response more impactful.

How to upload media files:

To upload a media file on our platform, follow these steps:

• Open: https://voicevision.chat/media
• Create Media collection
• Open Media collection
• Click on "Add Media" button
• Title : enter a title for the media file
• Upload or Enter file web URL
• Keywords : enter keywords related to the media file
• Save : save the media file

Note: Allowed upload extensions are: PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, MP4 . Upload files with unsupported extensions will be prohibited.
