Knowledge storage is designed for RAG-enabled assistants, serving as a backend repository for their knowledge base.
The "Upload Knowledge File" feature allows you to upload a table of questions and answers that you want your assistant to learn from. This feature enhances your assistant’s knowledge and skills by enabling trainers to provide relevant files containing information the assistant needs to understand. Once the assistant is retrained with the uploaded file, it improves its performance, particularly in responding to queries related to the content of the file. You can use the same knowledge file with multiple assistants.
How to upload knowledge files:
To upload a knowledge file on our platform, follow these steps:
- Open: https://voicevision.chat/knowledge
- Upload a file.
Note: Allowed upload extensions are: 'csv', 'docx', 'html', 'json', 'md', 'pdf', 'pptx', 'txt'. Upload files with unsupported extensions will be prohibited.
